Our quality standard
Every Mavren piece is inspected before it ships. We check fabric weight, stitching integrity, button attachment, color consistency, and finishing details. If it doesn't pass our review, it doesn't reach you.
If you ever receive an item with a manufacturing defect, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.
Finding your size
Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements in both inches and centimeters. Most pieces are designed to fit true to size, with a relaxed cut through the body unless specified otherwise.
If you're between sizes:
- For a closer, more tailored fit — size down
- For a relaxed, layerable fit — stay true to size or size up

Caring for your Mavren pieces
Specific care instructions for each garment are listed on the product label and below. As a general guide:
- Wash in cold water with similar colors
- Turn inside out before washing to preserve color and finish
- Tumble dry on low or hang to dry — high heat shortens fabric life
- Hand wash or dry clean knitwear and delicate fibers (cashmere, silk, fine wool)
- Treat leather pieces with conditioner every 6 months to preserve the finish
- Store knitwear folded; hang structured garments on wide hangers

- Standard shipping — 5–8 business days, $5.95
- Expedited shipping — 2–4 business days, $12.95
- Express shipping — 1–2 business days, $24.95
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday
- Tracking information is sent by email as soon as your order ships
- We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Returns & exchanges
Not the right fit? Not what you expected? We make returns simple.
- 30-day return window from the date of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached
- Free return shipping on defective items and your first exchange per order
- Standard return fee of $6.95 deducted from your refund for non-defective returns
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days with standard shipping. Expedited and express options are available at checkout.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
We work hard to photograph our pieces accurately. Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings, lighting, and natural variation in fabrics. Garment-dyed and washed pieces in particular develop their own character.
How do I know my size?
Each product page has a size guide with detailed measurements. If you have questions, email us with your measurements and we'll help you choose.
Are your products true to size?
Most Mavren pieces are designed to fit true to size with a relaxed cut. Specific fit notes are included on each product page.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order enters fulfillment and cannot be changed. Email support@mavren.com immediately if you need to make a change.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future.
